System Status

Prerequisites:

You must have user rights to access the System Status area.

The System Status area displays informational data in the queue for the Contact Log, Line Manager, Task Manager, Workflows, Work Codes, SMS Usage, and Dimensions integration activity. This area is generally used by System Administrators such as IT personnel to troubleshoot current activity for the corresponding component.

To access the System Status area:

  1. Go to System Status in the System area in Setup.
  2. Click on the desired tab to view the settings. Choices are:
    • Contact/Line: Displays Contact Manager (CM) and Line Manager (LM) incidents. Select the check box Show All Columns to display additional information pertaining to the CM and LM.
    • Jobs: Displays Task Manager job information for troubleshooting purposes. To manually run a Task Manager job, select the desired job and click Run Now.
    • Workflows: Displays all actively running workflow business processes. Work Code Workflows must first be enabled to view this tab.
    • Work Code: Displays detached work code requests. Work Code Workflows must first be enabled to view this tab.
    • Failures: Displays work code pending approval failure errors. Access to this area allows the user to reset the work code status to a pending approval state. Available as of application version 7.1.2.
    • Events: Displays Dimensions Schedule integration results and status changes per event. Failed actions can be resubmitted. Requires a Dimensions product integration add-on license to view this tab.
    • SMS Usage1: Displays Twilio usage data for a date range to monitor the number of messages sent within this application via Twilio. An SMS add-on license is required to use SMS functionality. Additionally, to view the SMS Usage tab the user must have the Authority level SMS Usage granted.
