My Info

The My Info area contains your personal information that identifies who you are, what you can do, where and when you can work, and more.

Depending on the settings configured by your application administrator, most of the fields in this area are disabled. Only a few fields may be enabled for users to maintain. For example, most users can only edit contact method fields and view the remaining information.

My Info displays the following tabs:

• General: Displays your personal identifiers, such as name, contacts, address, identifiers, gender.
• Profile - Displays fields that identify what you can do, such as job, specialties, groups, can act as abilities.
• Assignments - Displays assignment and shift details that identify where and when you can work.
• Messages - Displays message activity and tracks messages sent to you.
• Paybacks- Displays shift trade payback details to track your shift trades.
• Penalty - Displays penalty and probationary information. When applicable this area tracks probationary periods, and job opportunities extended or refused.
• Logged- Displays work code logging activity.Tracks your job offers or job assignments in hours or instances.
• Preferences - Displays preference details. When applicable this area identifies when and where you prefer to work.
• Institution - Displays Home and Scheduled Into institution details. When applicable this area identifies your home institution, and scheduled into institutions when configured by your application administrator.
