Show Suppressed Assignments on the Calendar

The default behavior of this application does not show Suppress Assignments on the personal Calendar, or the Advanced calendar view. Show Suppress Assignments is available as of application version 6.8. To display suppressed assignments on the calendar:

  1. Go to the Calendar view.
  2. Click the gear icon (top-right).
  3. Click Show Suppressed Assignment to display suppressed assignments, if any.

When Show Suppressed Assignment is selected the setting is saved in the person’s system preferences1 and persists upon logout until deselected.
