Creating Advanced Calendar Filters

To get started, the table below contains quick steps to create some of the most common filters on the Advanced calendar.

  1. Go to Calendar > Advanced.
  2. Click Limit By.

Filter Type Description. Step Sequence
Requests by Shift Retrieves all work code requests within the selected shift(s).
  1. Click More Options.
  2. Select Requests.
  3. Click Shift.
  4. Select the desired shifts.
Target specific work codes Retrieves the selected work codes.
  1. Click Work Code.
  2. Select the desired work codes.
Target specific work code requests Retrieves the selected work code requests.
  1. Click More Options.
  2. Select Requests.
  3. Click Work Code.
  4. Select the desired work codes.
Target specific work code request within units Retrieves the selected work code requests for the selected units.
  1. Click More Options.
  2. Select Requests.
  3. Click Work Code.
  4. Select the desired work codes.
  5. Click Unit.
  6. Select the units.

  1. Click Save As... to save the filter.
  2. Label your filter, and click OK.
