Show Calendar Without Scaling

This task requires access rights to the Setup > System > System Information area.

Calendar items such as shifts and work codes scale by default to reflect the start, end, and duration. This visual indicator allows users to see how long a person is working or not working relative to a 24-hour day.1



To remove scaling enable the Show calendar items without scale feature in Setup > System. Enabling this feature places the shift band and the work code on the calendar day the shift and work code record occurs.2



To enable Show Calendar Without Scale in the System area:

  1. Go to Setup > System > System Information.
  2. Select Show calendar items without scale.
  3. Click Save.
