View Calendar in List Format

The List view displays calendar items, such as exceptions, shifts, vacancies and special events.

To open the List view, go to the Calendar:

  1. Click List Calendar.
  2. Use the filters to limit the information in view. Filter choices:
    • Exceptions
    • My Shift (your shift assignment)
    • Special Days
    • All Shifts (your shift assignment and other shifts you are working)
    • Pay Days
    • FLSA Days
    • Special Event Vacancies
    • Special Event Notes
