| Add | Creates a new Accrual Group. |
| Edit | Modifies the selected Accrual Group. Only one Accrual Group can be modified at a time. |
| Delete | Deletes the selected Accrual Group. Deleting removes the selected Accrual Group and detaches any work code associated with this Accrual Group. |
| Audit | Display audit window activity for the selected Accrual Group. |
| Name* | The name of the Accrual Group. Format: Max 50 characters. The Accrual Group Name is used to link a work code to this Accrual Group for accrual calculations. Names must be unique within the application, or the institution when Institution Focus is enabled. |
| Assigned Work Codes | Links the selected work codes to this Accrual
Group Name. To select more, type the name of the desired Work Code
or type the percent sign to return available work codes. Note:
There is no validation in this menu, choosing a work code previously linked to another Accrual Group will detach the selected work code from the previous Accrual Group. For reference, the Work Code list in the Codes area in Setup contains an Accrual Group column with reference to an Accrual Group by work code, if any as of application version 7.5.2 |
