About Divide Unit...

The Divide Unit into days feature is used to create and staff an event that spans for more than twenty four hours. For example, a person may travel out of town to an event for a few days and because of this you need the same resource or resources staffed at the event.

This feature works in conjunction with Unit Deploy. A unit spanning more than 24 hours must first be created, staffed, and then split to ensure the same resources are staffed to each linked event.

A unit can only be split within the selected Shift’s time frame. This means, if the shift start runs from 7:30AM to 11:30AM, the event time frame depends on the FROM and THROUGH parameters indicated when deploying the event.
