Removing Event Positions

Before you begin, read the entire task to understand the different options. To remove an event or remove positions within:

  1. Go to the Roster and locate the event.
  2. Click on the position or positions you would like to remove.

    Select all of the positions to delete the entire event.

  3. In the Remove pop-up, two choices display:
    • Person- click to remove the person and retain the position on the Roster.

    • Record- click to remove the position from the Roster. If the position is staffed, this will remove both the person AND the position.

      Note:

      In application version 7.4 Extra Duty Event (EDE) positions were introduced. Removing an EDE position on the Roster does not persists to the EDE page. Remove EDE positions in the EDE page, and those changes will reflect on the Roster.

  4. Confirm and select the event date.
  5. Click Save.
