Review Job Title concepts and reference topics.
To edit or create a new job title1 in the General
section of the Setup area:
- Select a job title and click Edit; or click Add to create
a new job title.
- Name the Job Title. When possible, keep naming conventions
short due to limited space on the Roster and drop-down menu boxes.
- Select the security access level pertaining to this rank
in Authority.
- Select the security access level for this rank in Acting
Authority. Enables when someone else is filling a vacancy
for this job title.
- Select additional job titles that are equivalent to the
selected job title when staffing a job.
- Configure the remaining settings as desired.
- Click Save.
