My Info: Reports Tab

The person Reports tab contains quick data access to the Personal History and the Accruals report. These reports are printable without requiring Excel, or an Excel viewer to display report data.

The Personal History report provides total hours for each work code record and assignment area. Shift breaks are subtracted when the target shift has been configured to deduct time. The shift assigned to the area on the Roster automatically applies and overrides shift break rules assigned to the person.

The Accruals report tracks time earned balances. Use this report to see remaining balances for any work code tied to an Accrual Group.

Security permission settings in Setup control the ability to view reports for self only, self and others, or limited to reports in the My Info area.

Customers with Dimensions integration see additional report data: Accrual Code, Accrual Unit (Hours*), Balance Date, Taken to Date, Planned Takings, Vested Balance, Reporting Period, Opening Vested, Ending Vested.
