Respond to Job Offer via SMS (Text)

--- IMPORTANT MUST READ ---
This application uses Twilio a third-party messaging component. You must verify your number to allow text messages from this application. Text messaging includes, job offers, job notifications, and general messages. Whether or not job offers can be accepted or rejected via the corresponding link on the text message depends on the configuration of your application. Employee options are:
  • Enforce Authentication Disabled... when applied, the job offer link will not require authentication. Employees can accept or reject a job offer using their mobile device. The user can click the desired link on the message and either accept and fill the job offer, or reject to refuse the job offer. Upon clicking the desired link, the mobile device browser navigates the user to the SMS Notification landing page to confirm the user’s selection. Once confirmed the transaction is complete. On the SMS Notification landing page the user can additionally use the Sign-In button to navigate to the application home page to log in to the application and review any additional job offers, if desired.
    Note:

A job link could be forwarded to another device for further action to be taken without authenticating the user because enforce authentication is disabled.

  • Enforce Authentication Enabled... when applied, the job offer link requires authentication. The job offer link navigates the user to the application’s login page for user verification. Employees must log in to the application to accept or reject the job offer. Clicking the link will route the user to the Login page where upon log in they can accept or reject the job offer.
    Note:

Forwarding the job link to a different mobile device still navigates the user to the application login page for authentication where upon successful log in the user can review their job offers.

To reply to an SMS job offer1:

  1. Review the text message. Review all of the job offers before you decide which one to take when multiple job offers are presented because accepting one job offer could void the others.
  2. Click Accept to fill the job offer or click Reject to refuse the job offer.

When Enforce Authentication is disabled, the transaction is complete. When Enforce Authentication is enabled, you will be navigated to the login page when you accept or reject the job offer. You must log in to the application and accept or reject the job opportunity in the application.

  3. Optional - log in to the application to review your schedule.
1 Blueprint jobs supported as of application version 7.2.
