About the Contact Feature

The Contact feature provides phone numbers for the selected person.

The Suggested area provides the primary contact information unless on-duty location phone numbers are configured.

When on-duty location phone numbers are available, the system determines whether to use the on-duty contact if on-duty on the Roster, or off-duty contactif the person is off-duty (not on the Roster).

To access the Contact feature...

• Go to the Roster, click the person’s name.
• Go to People, open the menu-box next to person’s name.

The security permission Contact: Window must be granted to access the Contact feature.
