The Drag and Staff feature is used on the Roster
to staff vacancies or positions using primarily the People Filter.
Depending on where the person is staffed on the roster the following
features enable when dragging personnel:
- Fill By Rules - enables when a person is dragged
to a vacancy on the Roster from the People Filter.
- Off Roster - enables when a person is dragged to an unassigned
area on the Roster.
- Edit Without Rules - enables when a person is dragged
into a staffed position.
- Switch- enables when dragging personnel already on the
Roster to another area on the Roster for the same day, or to a different
day when using a custom Roster View spanning multiple days.
