About Roster Views

Roster Views in the application determine the look and feel of the Roster. Additional views can be configured to make a Roster view appear more familiar and meaningful to end-users.

The default views are enclosed in angle brackets < >; for example, <full>.

Roster Views determine the look and feel of the Roster. There are four default Roster Views to choose from. Additional custom Roster Views may be available when configured.

Custom Views created by your organization can be saved to the creator’s profile or shared across the organization. User defined Roster view names are enclosed in square brackets to easily distinguish from the default views; for example, [North Region].

The Roster View order presented to a given user in the menu box is the order in which that roster view displays in setup, and excluding views for which that user is not authorized. System roster views, like <full> can not be deleted; but can be deauthorized.
