The Fill by Rules (FBR) screen is used for manual
staffing. Use Outbound to automatically run Fill by Rules and
contact people.
To run Fill By Rules on the Roster:
Locate the vacancy to fill.
Click the vacancy to enable your options, click Fill
By Rules.
The system provides a set of candidates based on your
business rules. The default values were configured by your organization.
The selected candidate is next in line for this opportunity. The
system shows the person’s contact information along with the work
code associated with the list target.
Contact personnel on the list and record the result of
each call in the Outcome menu box.
Values in the Outcome menu box are system derived and can
not be modified
