Display a Roster View with Headcounts

  • Configurable categories must have Roster Headcount property enabled to be included in the calculation. Can Act As job titles must have Roster Can Act As Headcount property enabled to be included in the calculations.
  • Configurable categories in an Institutions Focus Database appear for the focused institution when included in the Institution’s Setup Filters.
Headcounts display the number of people working within a specific category for that Roster day. Configurable categories include: Rank, Can Act As, Specialties, and Group. Choices are:

To display Roster Headcounts:

  1. Click the gear icon.
  2. Click Add Roster View
  3. Name this Roster view.
  4. Click the Content tab, go to Headcounts section.
  5. To display headcount totals choose Totals in Headcounts.
  6. Choose a category. Type the name of the item, or use the % sign to display all configurable category menu items. Choices are: Rank, Can Act As, Specialty, and Groups.
  7. Configure the remaining settings as desired. Recommended fields are checked by default.
  8. Click Save.
