View Inline Attachments on the Roster

Attachment note contents and the paper clip icon display on the Roster by default using the Full roster view. The default roster views show the paper clip icon, clicking on the paper clip shows the attachment note, allows for quick add, edit and delete of attachments.

To turn inline attachments on a new custom roster view or update a custom roster view that does not show the paper-clip icon to the far right of the Roster follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Roster and click the gear icon on the far right next to the Roster View menu. Choices are:
    • Add Roster View: If you choose this option type a name for your Roster View.
    • Show/Edit Roster View:if you choose this option select the Attachment Icon to show the paper-clip and turn on inline notes.
  2. Configure the remaining and optional settings as desired. Recommended fields are selected by default.
  3. Click Save.
