For organizations utilizing Institution Focus, it is the Auction’s Institution that determines the hard limited information displayed within the auction. This means that hard limited information is hard limited to the auction’s institution, not the bidder’s home institution.
Normally they will both be the same, but it is possible for a bidder to see and participate in an auction belonging to (owned by) a different institution than the one the bidder is logged into (as long as they are in the bidder’s list). In these cases, the Rules will run in the context of the owning institution - not the bidder’s institution.
