These are the tasks required to start, open, and manage an Auction. The tasks below take place inside the Manage Bidding area of the applicable Auction. To open a new Auction navigate to the Manage Bidding area from the applicable Auction.

Create Bidders List | In the Bidders List pane, click the icon that looks like a gear then click Create Bidders List. |
Recreate the List of Bidders | In the Bidders List pane, click the icon that looks like a gear then click Re-Create Bidders List. |
Open or Close an Auction | To open the Auction for bidding, click the Auction button and select Open Auction.Alternativey, select Close to close the Auction. |
Assign Bid Times | Select one or more bidders from the list of bidders. Click the icon that looks like a gear in the Bidders List pane and select Assign Bid Times. |
Skip Turn | Select one or more bidders from the Bidders List pane and click the icon that looks like a gear. Select Start New Turn. |
Start New Turn | To start a new turn, click the Auction button to show Start New Turn. See Start New Turn topic for more information. |
Reset Auction Dates | To reset or redefine the dates or positions of the auction items, click the Auction button to show Reset Auction. See Reset Auction topic for more information. |
Award Auction Items | Click the Auction button to show Award Auction Items. IMPORTANT: Review the Help topics covering the award phase before using this feature. For example, if you award time-off, the work code is placed on the person’s calendar. There is no undo, if undo is desired you must manually remove the record. |
