Create List vs. Re-Create List

At the start of a new Auction, the bidding administrator sets the list of bidders using the Create Bidders List option located in the Bidders List pane located in Manage > Bidding. Once the list of bidders draws - the list of bidders is set and does not auto-refresh. The auction manager must use the Recreate List function to refresh, re-qualify, and reset the list of bidders.

Use the Re-Create List option to:

Reset the list of bidders for the next auction.
Reset the list of bidders if modifications were made to one or more rules affecting the Auction and consequently the outcome of the list of bidders.
Reset the list of bidders after changing an attribute within a bidder’s profile that affects that bidder’s position in the Bidders List.
