Bidding Quantities Items List Pane |
Shows Bidding Quantities Items defined. The
order of the Bidding Quantity Item is important in a Preference
Auction when a Condition is in short supply, if this is the case
place the most constricting Condition at the top of the Bidding
Quantity Item list. |
|
Example: If few people have the paramedic
specialty, and only one paramedic can win a certain day, place the
Condition that points to the paramedic specialty at the top of the
Bidding Quantities list. |
Name |
Identifies the active Bidding Quantity Item
when auditing auction quantities. |
Quantity |
The total available quantity or value the corresponding
Auction Item will have when the Bidding Quantity Item is active. |
Conditions |
Determines when the Bidding Quantity Item will
be active and uses the current bidder’s information when evaluating
the Bidding Quantity Item’s condition. |
|
Example: - PERSONHASJOBTITLE(8) - translation,
activate this Bidding Quantity if the active bidder meets the job
title condition.
- PERSONHASJOBTITLE(8) & PERSONHASSPECIALTY(2) - translation,
activate this Bidding Quantity if the active bidder meets the job
title AND the specialty conditions.
- Blank Condition - translation, activate this Bidding Quantity
if the active bidder meets the condition, which is no condition.
Used to allow all other bidders to be grouped and become part of
one Bidding Quantity. For example, you may create two Bidding Quantities,
one Bidding Quantity allows one Captain to win Christmas Day, and
the second allows four other people, not Captains, to win Christmas Day.
