Note:

The application accepts two dynamic date formats: the preferred ISO 8601 format YYYY-MM-DD, and EN_US format MM/DD/YYYY for backward compatibility. This means if you enter September 11, 2017 as 11/09/2017 - the application will read as November 11, 2017. Localization of Dynamic Dates is not supported.

Person must be in the Bidders List to view this auction Enforces a constraint where a user must be a bidder in the auction to be shown in that auction. If selected, the user will be shown the first Auction in the plan where 1) they are a bidder and 2) the DyC also test TRUE.
Dynamic Conditions This condition is used to turn on the Bidding Plan. The main Conditions field (above the list) allows the use of a DyC to activate (or deactivate) the entire Bidding Plan. If the condition evaluates to <false> for the viewer of the proposed Auction, the Bidding Plan disables and will not show any of the Auctions contained in the Auctions List.
Note:

This Condition field is not the same as the Condition field within the Bidding Plan list (below).

Conditions Shows the Auctions contained within the selected Bidding Plan.
  • Auction- The name of an already created auction. The named auction will be the result of the entire Bidding Plan if its corresponding condition (below) is found to be <true>.
  • Conditions- The condition is the essential element used to determine when the associated auction will be active. The condition is a fully qualified system derived Dynamic Condition (DyC). The system uses the current bidder’s or viewer’s information when evaluating the condition.
  • {Order}- The order property is an implied property. Order refers to the auction’s order from top to bottom in the list. Order is as an important property as condition.
