| Add/Edit Awardees | Adds awards, or edits auction items awarded. If you add an award, a bid and a win record will also be created because an award cannot exist without a corresponding bid and win record. |
| Remove Bids | Removes existing bid records. Note:
Removing the bid record will also remove the win and award record. Auction items awarded must be manually removed from the person’s record. |
| Remove Winners | Removes existing win records. Note:
Removing the win record will also remove the award record within the auction module only. If items were awarded these items must be manually removed from the person’s record. |
| Remove Awardees | Removes existing award records. Note:
Removing the award record will not undo the changes made during the award operation. |
