| Bid Time | Allows the selected bidder or bidders to bid at the specified time regardless of the previous bidder or bidders. |
| Time Limit | Places a restriction on the maximum number of minutes a bidder has to place a bid in a Queue auction. Bidders will only be allowed the specified number of minutes to bid. |
| Active ASAP (expedite) | Activate the next Bidder after the previous Bidder has completed their bids in a Queue auction. If Bid Times are set, this feature will activate the next bidder before their scheduled bid time occurs. Use this feature to increase the rate in which Bidders can place their bids. |
Note:
If the Bidder has a future Bid Time, this setting will override that time allowing them to become active immediately, given all preceding Bidders have completed their turn. Completion of their turn may consist of a Disabled status, removal from the Bidder's List, Bid Time expiration, or the Bidder's Turn ending as a result of a successful bid. |

| CONFIGURATION NOTE: In a Queue auction you must select both Active ASAP, and End Queue turn on Save available in Setup > Bidding > Auction. | |
| Disabled | Disables a bidder from the Auction. Clear this check box to re-activate the bidder for the Auction. For example, you may need to temporarily disable a group of bidders if they are unable to place a bid due to a call of duty or emergency response. |
| Max Wins | Overrides the maximum wins configured in Setup Auctions for the selected bidder. Once selected, an open field appears. Enter the number of maximum wins for the bidder. Once defined, the bidder is limited to winning this number of items. Clear this check box to omit this capability. |
