Remove Items Awarded to a Bidder or Bidders

To remove the auction items within the auction module after the award phase in Bidding:

  1. Go to the Manage area of the applicable Auction.
  2. Select the bidders in the Bidders List.
  3. Click the last drop-down menu in the Bidders List to show the Remove awards...option.
  4. Click Remove awards...
  5. In Remove Awardees, review the auction items awarded, and select the auction items you want to remove.
  6. Click Save.

Go to the target bidders, and remove the auction items placed on their calendar, and/or their assignment tab.
