Remove All Awards (Keep Bids and Wins)

To remove all of the auction items awarded in Bidding:

  1. Access the target Auction, and click Manage.
  2. Click Auction, and select Reset auction.
  3. Select Clear bid records or status.
  4. Select Remove Award Status...Keep Bids and Wins.
  5. Click OK.

Go to the target bidders and remove the auction items placed on their Calendar, and/or their Assignment tab.
