Remove Wins and Awards Only (Keep Bids)

To remove all wins and the award status, but keep all of the bids intact in Bidding:

  1. Go to the Manage area of the applicable Auction.
  2. Click Auction, and select Reset auction.
  3. Select Clear bid records or status.
  4. Select Remove Wins and Award status...Keep Bids.
  5. Click OK.

Go to the target bidders and remove the auction items placed on their Calendar, and/or their Assignment tab.
