Multi-Day: Show Blueprints and Job Allocation

The Job Allocation feature is exclusive to Scheduling Blueprints which requires an add-on license to this application. When turned on the Jobs button appears on the Multi-Day view.

To show blueprint information and whether or not people are allocated you must first create a filter. You can create multiple filters to capture and return different information. The task below shows you how to get you started, and draw a simple view.

  1. Click Filter, select Add/Edit Filter(s)
  2. Select <Add New Filter>.
  3. Name your filter.
  4. Select Include Blueprints and Job Allocations to display blueprints and job allocation information on the view.
  5. Optional - configure the remaining fields and tabs as desired. Use the blueprint formula IDs in the Display tab to return specific blueprint information. See Multi-Day Field Descriptions topic for detailed information.
  6. Click Save to save the filter now, or click Apply to preview your selections before saving.
