The Multi-Day view is used to manage personnel schedules, exceptions, and productivity levels using a weekly grid view that displays who’s working, where, and for which days.
The Multi-Day schedule contains various headcount totals and filter limits for schedulers to create views with specific information to help better manage schedules, balance workloads, and level personnel skills based on open job needs. Schedulers can create user defined views by department, groups, shifts, personnel attributes, and work codes using advanced filter limits and formula ID options.
The authority permission Multi-Day View: Manage grants access to the Multi-Day view and the filter options within.
Users must have authority permissions for Add, Edit, Remove work code functions granted in order to access these functions on the Multi-Day view.
