The table below shows how to select days on the Multi-Day Schedule (MDS) in order to enable Add or Edit functionality.

Select one day | Click the desired day to select. |
Select range | Press SHIFT + Click “Start Day” + SHIFT + Click “End Day”. |
Select more than one day | Click the desired day, hold the CTRL key and click on any additional days desired for this person, or hold the CTRL key and drag the mouse pointer in the direction desired to select consecutive days. Note the popup shows the number of days selected. |
Select all days in the filter view | Click the Header on the row (below the check box next to the person’s name. Doing so selects all of the days defined by the filter in focus. Do not select the check box next to the person’s name, that check box is used to Edit. |
Select one record | Select the check box next to the work to be modified. Enables Edit (with Rules) or Edit Without Rules |
Select all records for a day or days | Click the day of the week column header; for example, click Monday to select all of the records shown by the filter in focus for Monday. To include more days, click another day, for example, Tuesday to select all records shown on Tuesday. Enables Edit Without Rules. To deselect, click the day of the week again. |
Select all of the records for a person or people | Select the check box next to the person’s name to select all of the records shown by the filter in focus. Enables Edit Without Rules. To deselect, clear the check box. |
