Multi-Day: Remove Selected Work Codes

To remove one or more work codes on the Multi-Day Schedule:

  1. Locate and select the records you want to remove.
  2. Click Remove, then click Remove Selected.
  3. Remove (Selected) options are:
    • Person - removes a person and the work code from a deployed position or job. In this scenario, the person is filling an assignment outside their shift assignment schedule. Removes the person rather than the deployed position or job.
    • Record - removes a work code applied to a shift assignment, a working day, a non-working day, or a deployed position. If the position is deployed, this option removes the position or job along with the person and the work code.
  4. Review the details. Static and dynamic issues may trigger, if so review the issues and take action for each issue.
  5. Click Save.
