Configure an Institution with Time Zone

To open or create a new Institution:

  1. Go to Setup > Organizations > Institutions.
  2. Choices are:

    • Click Add Institution

    • To copy an entire Institution, select the desired Institution and click Clone.
  3. In Time zone, apply the appropriate timezone for the selected institution.
  4. In Assigned Shifts, type the Shift name in the search box to return shifts that share the same time zone. Alternatively, you may use the Shift area in Setup where shifts are visible and can be multi-edited.

    • The shifts assigned to the selected institution’s timezone show in the Search criteria when an institution is in focus mode.

    • Shifts that are not assigned to an institution show in the Search criteria when the focus mode is set to None.

  5. Configure the remaining fields and check boxes provided as desired.
  6. Click Save.
