Enable Institution Focus

This task requires Full Access Authority and access to the System Information page in the application to complete. To use Institution Focus your product registration key must include Institutions (I) as an add-on option.

Before enabling Institution Focus:

Be sure you have the permission Institution Focus: Override in your system authority granted and a home institution assigned before you complete this task to prevent a system lockout.
All staff members must have a Home Institution assigned.

To enable Institution Focus all shifts must have an Institution assigned:

Go to: System > System Information.
Select Institution Focus.
Click Save.

The system will allow you to save your selection and Institution Focus enables when all of the shifts are assigned to an institution.
