Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds another layer of security when logging in to this application by requiring two pieces of evidence: knowledge (something only the user knows such as a password), and possession (something only the user has).
The two authentication methods supported are Authenticator apps and Email. A system administrator can set both options so that users have both options available upon log in, or only one is available. MFA is built in the user’s Login Policy and available as of application version 7.5.4.
