Enable Phone Login ID Credentials

Review About Unique Phone ID Credentials topic prior to setting this up. This task requires access to the System area.

To show Phone Login ID settings:

  1. Go to the System Information page in System:
  2. Select Allow Unique Phone Login Credentials.
  3. Click Save.

After enabling and separating unique phone settings go to the Login Policy in setup and modify existing login policies, and/or create new login policies.
