Certificate Manager

The Certificates Manager area allows authorized users to manage their private certificates for SAML 1in this application as of application version 7.5.4. Previously, keystore maintenance was managed outside of the application and required Java keytool to reference and load the keys and certificates. This work stream is now built-in the database.

Acceptable file format for import include:

  • PEM(Privacy-Enhanced Mail)
  • DER(Distinguished Encoding Rules)

Export file format:

  • PEM

To access this screen the user must have Certificates granted in Setup > System > Authority Levels .

Upgrade Information: Upgrading to version 7.5.4 will automatically apply your SAML certificate on the Certificate Manager page. The telestaff.jks file will remain in the same directory for reference only.
