Schedule

The scheduling module is used to schedule jobs* using blueprints. Scheduling contains the following workspaces:

Planning- is used to create blueprint schedules and staff personnel for jobs using the job allocation tool.
Staffing- is used to manage and staff personnel using multiple staffing methods, such as Fill By Person, Fill By Rules, People Filter Drag & Staff, and the Job Allocation tool.
Schedule- is used to view personnel schedules with allocated and unallocated time periods for each person.

IMPORTANT
*This application allows the renaming of certain areas and features to make the UI interface more familiar to your users. For example, the default term Blueprint Position is usually changed to Job to make the application more meaningful to the users. The user guide and Online Help use the word blueprint position and jobs synonymously depending on the context. See topic, Renaming Application Terminology for more information.
