Setup Schedules

The Setup Schedule area contains: Blueprint, Smart Blueprint, and Order Information

Blueprint: Contains template settings used to predefine job positions, shift times, notes and more. Blueprints are accessible on the Planning board to instantly schedule production orders.
Smart Blueprint: Contains advanced template settings used to group a set of blueprints by their effective date. A Smart Blueprint automatically applies the applicable blueprint when deployed on the planning board.
Job Allocation Strategy: Contains the staffing strategy to schedule unallocated people for event jobs on the Planning Board, and the Staffing page.
Job Allocation Pass: Pass filters to define which types of unallocated people to process, and in what order to process them.
Order Information: Creates reusable information pertaining to production orders applicable to blueprints.

IMPORTANT
*This application allows the renaming of application terminology for certain areas and features. For example, the default term Blueprint Position is usually changed to Job to make the application more meaningful to the users. The user guide and Online Help use the word blueprint position and jobs synonymously depending on context. We recommend you review the Terminology page in Setup > General to familiarize yourself with default terminology and custom terminology. The Terminology page can be printed if you do not have access to the area, and could be helpful to have a printed copy while implementing the application.
