Reports

Standard reports with advanced querying capabilities are available in this application. Additional reporting capabilities include the standard payroll export, and a custom report builder.

The standard payroll export is part of the software offering and available as a task type in the Task Manager. The Custom Report module is an add-on feature used to create BIRT custom reports.

Report Name	Description
Accrual	Displays remaining accrual balances.
Assignment	Displays personnel Assignment information.
Audit	Displays staffing record changes.
Contact Log	Displays a detailed list of outbound call activity.
Costs	Displays an itemized list of scheduling costs.
Exceptions	Displays an itemized list of staffing records.
Expirations	Displays expiration dates for specialties, skills, and certifications.
Login	Displays user login activity and source.
Multiday Report	Displays schedules on a cross tab report.
Payback	Displays outstanding shift trades.
Payroll	Displays an itemized list of total hours by work code and employee. FLSA option available.
Personal History	Displays total hours for each record, employee, and assignment area.
Roster	Displays a capture of the daily Roster.
Summary Report	Displays work code record activity in graphical format with subtotals for each work code by percent, count, and total hours.
