Setup Bidding

The Bidding area in Setup allows auction administrators to modify and configure Queue and Preference type auctions.

The Bidding area in Setup contains:

• Auctions- used to configure the type of auction.
• Groups- used to configure groups of staff members within an auction that can later be used by the Rules to target these staff members for a different auction.
• Plans- used to conditionally enable the auction in the Manage area.
• Quantities- used to set dynamic limitations on auction quantities. For example, only five people that can drive a truck can bid for time-off on January 1st.
