Setup Codes

The Codes area contains: Dynamic Issues, Static Issues, Dynamic Values, and Work Codes.

  • Dynamic Issues are user defined business rules that govern the usage of work codes.
  • Static Issues are predefined system errors. Static issues cannot be removed from the application; however, the severity level of each static issue can be modified.
  • Dynamic Values are detail codes that appear next to a work code on the Roster, Calendar, and Reports.
  • Work Codes are used to staff personnel, identify a person’s work status, indicate availability, and solve payroll and staffing needs.
