About Count

The Count area is the third category in a Count Strategy and where the counting begins.

The following three areas are available to count Roster records:

• Target: defines the group of roster records that should be included in the count or the group of roster records that should be influenced by the count

• Count: defines the Roster records within the Target that should be counted.

• Alarm: defines the thresholds that should trigger the alarm and the level where the running totals zero out and start again
